 + -1 moreIn our home buying process we called Ronnie to do a couple of inspections on potential properties. He was through and courteous. After he was finished he explained the reports to us (even very clearly told us not to buy a particular house). If we are ever in the market for another home in the Houston area, I will be calling Ronnie again!

 + -1 moreI thought he did a thorough inspection, and he showed up on time and was very professional. He doesn't really like to communicate via email, so you will be a lot better off calling him versus emailing him.
Description of Work: He inspected my home before I bought it. As most licensed home inspectors do, he has a punch list of everything to look at and inspect. He put it all on his laptop computer and sent me a file that listed everything and whether it was Inspected, Not Present, Not functioning or in need of repair, along with his comments.
