They were great at communicating and were able to send someone out to do the diagnostic assessment the next day. They were able to tell me the issue with the dishwasher and recommended that I reach out to the manufacturer because it was still under warranty (which I was not aware of). They even gave me the phone number and website to contact the manufacturer. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I’ll keep Evolution in mind for any future issues.

Brian has worked on our dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer over the years. He has been wonderful at trouble shooting and getting the appliance fixed as soon as possible to alleviate the disruption to our lives when problems have arisen. We refer him to all of our family and friends and truly appreciate his work ethic and commitment to his customers.

I depend on Evolution Services. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. They have repaired my washer, cleaned the dryer vent (we do this annually), and they installed a built in double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and 3 new dishwashers. I have used them at two different homes. They even helped find me a great deal in a replacement when my dishwasher died 18 months out of warranty. I HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent. Brian responded quickly, arrived within an hour, and completed the job flawlessly. His original price quote was less than the other email responses that I received, and he held to his quote. Brian was very knowledgeable! After talking to him for just a few minutes, he felt sure he knew what the problem was and could bring the part to fix my dishwasher on a Saturday. He had read about this when he had encounter a similar problem on another dishwasher. After using a company for three weeks that had no idea how to solve the problem, I was relieved and grateful for his experience. He was professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. Unfortunately had the wrong gasket. A couple of times but in the end we got it working. Also got my ice maker fixed while he was here.

Bryan came to my home and checked my machine and told us what was wrong with it. Because the machine was under warrant (machine less than a year old) he could not fix it. Bryan was not on Maytag Repairman List. Bryan did not charge me a thing! He even texted back later with the Maytag Service phone number. I offered payment for his time, he did not take it. What a guy!

Brian came out the day after I called, and was able to fix my ice maker quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgable and reliable. He arrived when he said he would, and charged a reasonable price. I will definitely call him again when I need appliance repair.

Brian came out the day after I called and diagnosed the problem. He brought the parts the next day and fixed the washer, even though he ran into an unexpected obstacle. I had a technician come out when the washer had a recall issue. That technician bolted the top of the washer to the chassis to "fix" the issue Samsung was having with washers flying apart and doing damage and possibly causing harm to people. This "fix" made it MUCH MORE DIFFICULT for the shocks to be replaced. But Brian took it in stride and found a way. It took much longer than he had planned and he still had more customers to see on the day before a holiday, but he just smiled and figured it out. I highly recommend Evolution Appliance Repair and will use them again.

The whole process went very well. Almost immediately after contacting them through Angie's List, I received a call. I was given a reasonable quote for replacement (as there was an advisory about the unsealed unit freezing up and burning out the motor), and an appointment was made for the next day. Brian Busby arrived at the appointed hour and quickly replaced the unit and sealed it properly. He was done in less than 20 minutes. Very personable and conscientious. I would use them again, and will recommend them!

Brian (Owner) was very responsive and able to come the next day to repair my dryer. He gave me a 2 hour time window and called me before coming, as promised. He even arrived sooner than the window and everything went smoothly. He showed me the problem, cleaned inside of my dryer, and double checked to make sure my dryer was running properly after he put it back together. I would definitely recommend Brian and use his services again.

My dishwasher wasn’t draining. Bryan checked the drain pump. It was running. Then he verified that the computer board was good. He decided that it may simply be that the drain hose/overflow was clogged or not working. After a run to pick up the part, he quickly replaced it and problem solved. He was neat, created minimal mess (which he cleaned up) and really nice about explaining everything to me. I really appreciate his honesty and dedication to fixing my problem in the most cost efficient way possible. For any and all future appliance repairs, I’ll be calling Bryan!

I had to re schedule him to work with my shedule and he had no problem with it. He fixed the oven and cleaned it in 50 minutes.
