Based on a firm recommendation, I had a top of the line Trane HVAC installed by Tyler at enviromax in October of 2019. In June, less then a year later, is began not working properly. After several visits on a very hot weekend, it was determined that they tied the new unit into the old AC wiring and the wire was corroded. Apparently a common time saving but not correct measure. Attaching a new wire solved the issue but it was left spliced with wire caps just laying open in my back patio next to a gutter spout. In fact, the technician first made an error and cut my other units wire and had to repair it so it too has the same issue. He left saying they would return with some type of cover and to date they have not. The office says they give Tyler messages, I text his personal phone but he will not make it right. It is a code violation that they side stepped on a city inspection. Now I know but I didn’t at the time. I would absolutely AVOID enviromax because they are happy to take your money but will not make things right. If there is an issue, they would rather you stay in your lane and take part in their annual maintenance program. I have had several biannual checks and when I ask the technician about the wiring, they say “Tyler has to handle the issue”. KEEP LOOKING FOR A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY.

This company stood me up twice in August 2018. The first time, the kind lady who took my information remembered me but "forgot to put my appointment in the computer." I rescheduled. The second time, a gentleman told me that their service truck was being repaired in Dallas and that he would get back to me that same morning by 10 a.m. He apologized and said he would "make it worth my while." This was several weeks ago, and I have not heard from anyone at the company.

It took awhile to figure out where the broken wire was, but they were very creative in fixing the problem without having to destroy any walls but rewiring the outlets and switch to a different circuit, bypassing the broken wire. They dead ended the circuit before the broken and after the broken wire. Love that they found the problem and fixed it.

The company did a great job with following up initially, very consistent. The company kept to their timeline, arriving on time for the schedule work. In regards to communication, the technicians who came out to my house along with the installers were great very clear concise to the point. They were able to explain the whole process and walk me through installing the mobile application on my phone to operate the controls. During the AC install and duct cleaning the technicians kept the work area clean, protected my floors along with the walls. It was the first time workers actually left my house the way they met it. The technicians were extremely courteous very professional, they went above and beyond. One even offered to help me down from my attic when I injured my shoulder. They only left after ensuring I was satisfied with the work they did. AC install took about six hours, duct cleaning 4. The electrical aspect (surge protector) took longer than expected but the price quoted was honored. I contacted four companies and narrowed it down to two. I was promised several extra free things such as UV lights, Nest thermostats from competitors. Let’s just say the competition never showed up and lacked follow through. When choosing an AC company you need to ensure that they are reliable because it’s a big investment. You want to make sure that the company will be there when you call. I can confidently say that this company has been attentive to my service request.

I did my homework on Enviromax and found out that they have been in business for 37 years and have an A Plus rating on the BBB.I hired Enviromax to install electrical switches,outlets and light fixtures.Clint gave me a very competitive price.He did very good work and did everything he promised.It is nice to find a local company that is so professional and do not try to scam you and sell you things that you do not need.I am putting a new AC system in my home soon and No one will ever do work for me again but Enviromax.5 star company!

I have used EnviroMax for 5 years for my filters and Uv lights.When my AC unit went out ,I didn't hesitate to call them.Jim wolf,the owner immediately sent his manager out and he gave me several options.He helped me choose the right AC and also gave me 60 months interest free financing.They installed my unit the next day without a glitch.I could not be happier with the whole process.I love my new Trane system.Thanks EnviroMax.
