Brian was the absolute best!!! He was authentic, kind, professional and thorough!!! We have been working with this company for a decade or more and wouldn’t think of changing! Brian went above and beyond, but they are all fantastic! Greg (who we typically request), is also AMAZING too!!! They are affordable and worth every cent!!! Our air went out in the evening, I called Brian and he was out quickly. He tried his best to fix the issue, but unfortunately the system was old and finally needed to be replaced. He brought out window units while we waited for our new system to come in (just a day and a half). He turned an awful situation (with 100 degree heat outside) into one that was bearable. The day of install, a team showed up and replaced the entire unit in 4 hours with Brian at the helm the entire time! We have used Dynamic for years and will continue to do so! They are honest, reliable, trustworthy and have the BEST customer service! We are blessed to have them right here in our neighborhood!

We had a whole new system installed today by Dynamic Air. (AC and Heat). Many thanks to all for the recommendation. We can't say enough about how glad we are that we chose Dynamic. Brian and his crew were awesome! We weren't high pressured, Brian answered all our questions / concerns and we feel as though we got an honest and fair deal. The AC went out at 5pm Thursday night. It was a long, hot, miserable night. I called Dynamic Air and Heating around 8am the next day and Greg Riddle came over around lunchtime. He then diagnosed the problem within a matter of minutes. He told me the options I had in front of me. He wanted to make sure that I knew what the details were before moving forward. Even though my house was very hot, Greg never made me feel pressured to make a decision. He is patient, thorough, and honest. We discussed the options and went forward with the one we felt comfortable with. After trouble shooting it became clear that our outside AC unit was broken. Greg told me that he was going to check around for available units that he could get that day. Within the hour, Greg called to update me about the availability of AC units and because he has a great relationship with one of the major names in the industry, he was able to get me a MASSIVE DISCOUNT! He and his crew (Alex & Coleman) were back at my house about an hour later and started working on the install IN THE RAIN. By 3pm my house started to cool down. Start to finish, Dynamic Air was incredible. I rarely spend the time to write reviews but in this case, it is a pleasure! I give Dynamic Air and Heating my highest recommendation!

I called the company at 9:00am and they had a plumber to me at 1:00 that afternoon. Even though he was hot & sweaty from working in the attic, Colton was friendly, informative & courteous. I will definitely call this company again for my plumbing needs.

The team was very punctual (they actually arrived early after the office called to let me know they could be here early and I agreed). The work was done rather quickly. I asked several questions and they took the time to answer my questions to my satisfaction. When it's time for a new AC unit, I will call this company to come in and do a new installation as well. I was quite impressed. We have two HVAC systems, and they performed the maintenance on both systems and the price paid included two pounds of refrigerant and a maintenance contract for both the summer season and the winter tune-up as well.

All employees arrived on time and did a great job, even with all the complexities involved. They cleaned up after themselves and finished ahead of schedule. Very pleased with their service! Courteous and professional. 👍🏻

Coil Unit was replaced in time and work was done professionally and efficiently. A/C is working again as new.

Excellent. Another Top notch visit. They found a clog in the line which they fixed. Changed filters, and checked overall health of our system. They were extreme professional and helpful. Had masks on as well as the usual protocol (booties on shoes, etc). We will always use Dynamic. Thanks, guys!
