He does a good job, he come once or twice a year to check on our air conditioning and heating.

Woke up on a Sunday morning with no AC. Called the first A rated name on Angie's List that had hours on Sunday. Mr. Diaz came over in about an hour and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Price was about what we expected. Overall a great experience. Would gladly use Mr. Diaz again.

They came within an hour after 4 pm. I appreciate that! My house was so hot! They came and figured out the problem within minutes. The house is cool again. The repair was minor. They explained the whole process. My impression is that they are honest. The price was very, very, very reasonable for a service call and upon a super short notice. I will be calling them back if I need any more AC or Heating work. I will also recommend to friends and colleagues. It is nice to know that there are competent and honest people out there. Best AC installation I’ve ever had, they were very careful to measure and get everything just right for my attic and they even came back the next day just to make sure everything was working properly since the humidity was low when it was installed and they wanted to make sure the drip pan was working properly.

Mike was very responsive and made extra effort to give quick/quality service for my tenants since there were without AC with little ones and a very hot week and weekend. Mike worked a very long day to make sure everything was complete and checked back to ensure satisfaction. The tech (Joe) came out and identified the problem immediately. He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He had us up a running in a few hours. The price was very reasonable.

He came out an figured out what the problem was and made an adjustment. He came back a week after to look at a clogged AC pipe.

Mr. Diaz was very polite and professional. I feel that he was honest about what needed to be done and our unit is no longer making a loud noise or draining water constantly from the outside drain pipe.

Wonderfully. Even though I called him at approximately 1 PM (after another service tried to charge me $600 for just one part and tried to tell me that I needed a new AC unit!), Mr. Diaz said he could get to my house between 4 PM and 6 PM. True to his word, he showed up at 4:30 PM and fixed my AC in no time!

Excellent. Mike came over the same day our unit started acting up. He couldn't get there until late that evening, but he didn't mind. He quickly found a bad capacitor, replaced it, and left our house with a working AC. Mike was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use him again if we have any other AC issues. Mike did a wonderful job! From the beginning when I called him & left him a VM to the moment I paid him.Everything was flawless. He was prompt in returning my calls & he is a master technician. I had no issues whatsoever. This is a two man business & Mike is careful to treat you like he would like to be treated.

Mr Diaz was the only one to answer the phone. Another service did not return any of three phone calls. Mr Diaz arrived at the time he said he would arrive. He wore a uniform shirt. He knew immediately what the issue was and how to solve it. A neighborhood power outage had caused the power surge at my residence causing the circuit board to fail. He did not have the matching replacement board so here turned the next evening at my convenience and replaced the board. He also installed a surge protector and installed a newer thermostat as well. I would recommend Mr Diaz and his nephew - the only two employees- for any A/C or furnace work. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

We have a 19 year-old propane furnace with a pilot light. The glow 'coil' would come on, but the pilot would not ignite. We thought the problem was with the gas valve. We called our Propane dealer to get suggestions of furnace companies, and they guided us to a web site. We checked several of the companies provided on that site with Angie's List, and Mr. Diaz's reputation over-whelmed us. All of those other reviews about Mr. Diaz are spot on. When Mr. Diaz first came out, he also thought the problem was with the gas valve, and he said he'd find one. We were in no hurry. He called back a few days later saying he had found a replacement valve, BUT he had also been thinking some more about our problem and wanted to come by. He worked on the furnace for a few hours, and then we had glorious heat. He said we had a clogged pilot-line orifice, and we cannot even imagine how difficult it would have been to get to that location (we had been looking in that area, and it was VERY hidden). He basically had to take some pieces off to get to the orifice and then use a needle to clean it out....quite some labor. Other companies would probably have replaced the gas valve and when that did not solve the problem, would have kept replacing things until by luck, the problem was fixed....to the tune of over $1000 when you add up all the things they would have replaced. Mr. Diaz will have all our business in the future. We cannot say enough good things about him.

Diaz Services is Awesome and here's why. I called him on a Wednesday at about 7pm. He answered. He listened and offered to come out the next day in the morning. I said ok. About a half hour later he calls me back and says he can go by in about 30 minutes. I say OK! His associate comes by and diagnoses the problem and says he will return the next day with the part and do the work. He came by the next day and fixed the problem. My first call and visit to the home was from Abacus and they quoted me over $700 to do the same exact work. No thank you, I said. From 1st call to completed job in less than 24 hours. Great Job. Super Fast Service. Courteous and Professional. And above all HONEST. Thank you Mr. Diaz. I will be calling on him from now on.

Mike Daiz has been servicing my home for years. Efficient, prompt, reliable and trustworthy. I have recommended him many times to friends, family, and neighbors. Recently the air conditioner stopped working and the house temp was 83. Someone was here within an hour and I had my air back. I so appreciate this dedication to his customers needs.

My AC was not cooling. It turned out that my AC unit was low pn freon. Mike came over on a Sunday and fixed my problem. Very professional company. Fair pricing. Would highly recommended!
