Diane knows her art ... He executed a beautiful plan and gave my mother everything she wanted it was beautiful it was peaceful and it was certainly professional she was sympathetic to my mother and listen to everything that she wanted and need I would recommend I am can anyone at any point in time

Diane made some terrific recommendations to update our house in preparation for marketing it in a tough Houston market. Since we had already moved out of town, Diane selected and managed the contractors who performed the work while staying within the agreed budget. Diane was great. She created a wonderful and welcoming environment that looked great in person and photos. She staged our home in a very short timeframe and removed everything with very little notice after we received a cash offer. She had great ideas and worked in some of my own. We had several showing scheduled as soon as the photos went live on HAR.com. And we had multiple offers including one at full price.
