The winterizing in the fall of 2016 was great. I paid $65 and would pay $65 more in the spring when they turned my sprinklers back on. The tech showed up on time and was courteous. I do not speak Spanish, so I was unable to ask him questions. I was told to call in the spring and they would turn my sprinklers back on. I called several times during the week of March 13, 2017 and was directed to Laura's voicemail box. I left her 2 voicemails, but I did not receive a call back. On March 20, I finally reached her and she informed me they only turned sprinklers back on on Saturdays. I made the appointment for March 25. She said they would "probably" call that morning to let me know what time they would be there. I did not receive a call. I called their office about 10:30 and left several voicemails with 3 different people. No one showed up to turn my sprinklers on. On Monday March 27, I called the office at 0915, and left Laura a voicemail. It is Tuesday and still no call back. Sometimes all you can do is laugh. If they would like to finish their job, I will let them and possibly give them a better grade.

After receiving several bids from well reviewed companies, I decided to go with Cypress Lawn & Landscaping. Joe (who no longer works there) was prompt and did a thorough assessment of my irrigation needs and offered the best price for the work to be done. The crew arrived on time on the date we scheduled for and did a clean installation and covered everything up neatly. Joe showed up during the job and at the end to give me a run down of the system along with a tutorial on how to work the panel. I would definitely recommend them to my family & friends.
