Cypress Glass and Mirror

I had a cracked window on the second floor of my home. I called Chuck Wood and he answered the phone and gave me an estimate right away. He came out the same day and measured the window. 2 days later he returned and installed the window in about 40 minutes. The window looks very good and the service was excellent. You get the impression this man knows his job. I called 3 companies listed on Angie's List including Chuck Wood of Cypress Glass, and his was the lowest bid even after figuring in competitor's coupons. My only suggestion is that he might consider using a hand vac to clean up little glass shards after installation, but that is a small thing compared to the overall job done.

We had interviewed a number of places for glass but liked Chuck for his professionalism and he was fair in his pricing. He installed both glass pieces and they look fabulous. He gave suggestions prior to ordering and we are glad we took his advice. Shower is stunning!!

The yard man's string trimmer threw a rock into the side-light by the front door. It broke into a gazillion little pieces, as it is tempered safety glass. I searched Angie's List, chose Cypress Glass based on distance and the single A review. Steve responded to my phone call within 24 hours, came out the next day and gave me a proposal.He said it would take some time to get the replacement window because only one company now makes the themal, low-E, tempered safety glass window. Two weeks later Steve brought the new window, and exact duplicate of the broken one, and installed it, cleaned up, in about an hour. A pleasant man, Steve was a pleasure to work with.
