Jim Mulholland is the owner of the company and was our agent. We found him through an on-line video he did discussing several neighborhoods we were considering. Jim is a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the areas he services. He was with us through every step of the process from the lot selection (we built a new Village home in Bridgeland) through closing. He and his wife Wendy even came by to help during the final inspection process. Because of Jim’s expertise and a truly caring personality, we chose him to help sell our old house. As expected he came through with flying colors and we sold it much sooner than anticipated.
