They took care of lots of things for me. They're in and out of my office. I would absolutely use them again.

Our AC overflow was leaking and they came out 3 times at no additional charge. Harvey Williams and his son are the only ones who have performed work on my heater and AC since 1981. He is honest, dependable and tries his best to save money for the homeowner. His workmanship is at the highest level. He quotes the price and explains exactly what he will be doing, before you commit, and then he sticks to his price. Having used Harvey Williams of Cy-Fair Air Conditioning and Heating for 34 years, I strongly recommend him for all heating and air conditioning repair, maintenance and servicing.

The repair man that came is The son I think of the owner who I had been dealing with for years. After servicing the unit, he asked if we would consider a new unit. I told him that it was new as we had bought it from his company. He replied that it wasn't ' that' new as it had a date on the unit of 2005. I asked him to show me, & he did. I then found my receipt for the unit which was 2009! Harvey installed, what he held out to be a new unit in 2009. Guess he didn't tell his son. My husband called & asked the company to make this right, since the unit has " frozen" 4-5 times since they installed it & each time they charge for the service. They have not returned our call.

They are just completely dependable. Their prices are always in line and they are not extremely high. I think they are very fair. If your air conditioner is out, they will do anything they can to get you some cooling. They are really nice people, they are the kind of workman you like to have come in to your home.

We bought our present air conditioner from Cy - Fair Air Conditioner, and they installed it in our home. We are very pleased with the service we have with our air conditioner. When we do need service work done we use our yearly maintenance servicing agreement. Cy - Fair comes, gets everything looked after, makes sure everything is clean, and in good working order. The company is very professional, is very reasonable in their pricing, and as long standing customers we get a discount. We have been using Cy - Fair for many years, are extremely pleased with the owner, and the service people we deal with.
