Description of Work: Just tried sending a certified letter to find the address on website and business card and it belongs to a vacant bank-owned home. She started out remodeling our pool in early July told us it would take a few weeks, 8 weeks later she left us hanging. Rarely showed up to job site, never returned calls. Had to hire some else to finish job. Still wants final payment so we are taking our own legal action. We live in the Memorial area and I heard she has done this to a few other pools in the area. BEWARE.

+ -1 moreLiz was referred to me by another comapny after we had problems with our previous pool service provider. Cross Custom Pools is actually a pool builder but Liz jumped in to help with our problems. Cross Custom Pools has been incredibly professional, diligent and trustworthy. The best thing was that they saved us a lot of money that would have been charged by our previous company and probably would not have fixed the issues. They are an incredible company and I would refer them to my friends, family and co-workers.
Description of Work: Liz was referred to me by another comapny after we had problems with our previous pool service provider. Our pool started draining on a daily basis with a previous provider who, frankly, didn't seem to know what they were doing. After having to re-fill our pool over 10 times in six weeks, we knew it was time for the pool maintenance company we were using to go. In drought conditions, filling a pool multiple times a week is not ideal. We spent more with the previous provider "fixing" the problem (that was never fixed) then we did with Cross Custom Pools actually fixing the problem. In the end, Cross diagnosed the problem after 8 visits and we are now very happy with the condition of our pool. They have been GREAT! I highly recommend them as pool professionals and subject matter experts!

+ -1 moreWe received bids from 6 different pool companies. The Cross Custom Pools bid was the best value and the pool design was also significantly better than any of the others we received. This is a small business and the owner is your single point of contact. She runs the whole job from design to personal supervision of the construction. She is very creative, has excellent ideas, is super conscientious, and very enjoyable to work with. She does quality construction in terms of beams, returns, pumps, etc. Her crews were also very good, and she provided regular on-site supervision. The pool came out beautifully.
Description of Work: Designed and constructed our in-ground pool and spa.
