Citywide Restoration

These services were done through the closing of a home. The work was done but not well. The master bedroom still smells so bad I can't even sleep in it. I contacted this provider to discuss the situation and they became very defensive with me. I ended up purchasing a $7.00 can of resolve and it took stains out that this provider couldn't. It makes me wonder if they even did any work. Because they were contracted by the previously homeowner, the owner stated that she wouldn't speak to me about it. Seeing as how I now own the home, I cannot understand this. There was pet hair all over the home despite the fact that they are stating that they did work. If the carpet was just cleaned, this shouldn't be the case.

I called City Wide Restoration because the previous owners had a dog upstairs and the rooms were smelly, so the carpet was cleaned and the smell and stains were gone, because City Wide did a great job with the carpet and they had experience, showed up on time and I will definitely use them again.
