I called about a piece of custom metal work that I need. It is difficult to explain as it is not something anyone has seen before. It is around the chimney on the roof of the house but is not part of the roof or chimney itself and is not something the roofer has ever seen before so he recommended that I seek out a metal specialist/welder. When I told the man on the phone this his reply was "well then he hasn't been around long". He told me he's NOT going to get up on the roof so he can't help me at all. It took him all of 60 seconds to dismiss me and deny my business. I do not know what his prices or craftsmanship is like as he would not even attempt to help me. I understand that this is a unique request and is on the roof of a house, however I believe that no matter what is being asked there should be a level of professionalism and consideration that far surpasses what I received in the one minute phone conversation that I was given.

Great! Very friendly and courteous. Quick response and execellent results.
Description of Work: Needed some a steel plate and a "T" tongue to secure a storage door. They reacted fast, well, and at a very reasonable price. When I realized that my initial size was too large for some of our people to handle, they fixed my mistake immediately. Great service!

I called Michael Barbato and asked if he would weld a broken arm on a patio chair if I brought it to his shop. Sure, he said, we'll do it while you wait. I did, and he did. Cost was his minimum of $20.00, but a bargain in my opinion. He also restores antique motorcycles and builds new bikes. Very personable and a great talker!
