Good evening. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the gate. As explained in our consultation, the specified gate would not be guaranteed due to the need for a new motor. You agreed to have the install without the new motor. You understood that the installation of the motor would be an additional charge.

It did not go well from the beginning. He excels at painting a beautiful picture of what he will do but reality is very different. He used green wood and nails instead of screws. The wood is bowing — there are crooked and half pounded nails — the gates are absolutely terrible. The whole thing was an expensive mess!
Description of Work: Brandon Napier made a combination 6 ft. Wood fence with a large gate combined with a front chainlink. He used green wood and nails.

It was okay. It was very mediocre. The price was good. They told me that I would get a cedar fence, but they didn't get what they originally told us. They gave us a pine fence instead of cedar.
