Technician was prompt for the appointment. He proceeded to investigate the reported problem and advise on the repairs required to resolve the problems. We approved the estimate and he proceeded to do the work. A year later the garage door is still functioning great.

They were absolutely punctually on time to meet me at home at the agreed upon time. They worked extremely hard to successfully install the new motor, belt assembly and springs. In addition, they installed a convenient remote keypad on the frame outside of the garage. They then oiled the appropriate door locations and checked it all before they left. They were both so professional and attentive to all my questions that it was a very pleasurable experience for me.

The tune-up was handled very quickly and efficiently. In addition I had been having a problem with the door occasionally immediately going back up when closed. Tom diagnosed the problem, did some work on the contacts in the motor housing, and solved the problem. It appears that the motor may be nearing the end of its life. Tom offered a couple of options on what to do if this happens, depending on how much I would want to spend. I always appreciate getting options from service providers rather than the often heard "your need a new one" offered as the only option.

The door is smooth as butter now. They did give me a recommendation for some work that should be done. We will definitely use them if we decide to have that work done.

I moved into a new home in April with a new garage door but it was always noisy and had one spot where the sound was particularly shrill. So I took advantage of a Big Deal with Atlas Overhead Door to get it quieted down. Tom came out as scheduled, quickly corrected a few minor alignment problems with the door tracks, super spray greased all moving parts, and replaced all of the metal rollers with quiet nylon rollers. It only took him about 30 and the door worked very quietly. Tom explained exactly how the door mechanism worked, what future wear problems I should watch for, and how long the different parts would probably last based on my usage of the door. I was very impressed with Tom and his knowledge of garage door opener systems.

The door wasn't really working properly whenever Tom left. When we were pressing the button from inside the garage door, it wouldn't open. Tom was blaming the button. Before Tom came out, the button was working properly and the only issue with the garage was the broken coil. The garage door was working fine before the coil was broken. Now, Tom is refusing to come back out to look at the garage door. He suggested that we find someone else come out and look at the problem. We just want Tom (or the company) to come back out and look at the adjustments that they made. We want them to move the lever back to where it was just to see if that fixes the problem. If I'm wrong, that is fine. He could be right, but I want him to come back and look at it.

They explained everything very well and let me know what to do in the future. Very friendly and made my garage door work even better than before.

I called and scheduled an appointment for a tune up. On the day of service, Tom and Cheryl showed up on time. I was greeted by two friendly professional people. I had a couple concerns with my garage door that they advised me on. They suggested that I have the rollers and springs replaced as everything was original to the 15yr old garage. There was currently a single spring and changed it to a double spring. Prior to having this done the door was extremely loud and had difficulties disengaging the opener from the door. After the work was completed Tom took his time explaining how the door should function. What maintenance should be done, and how frequently. The door is amazingly much more quiet , rolls up and down very smoothly. I would not hesitate to use their service again. It's one of the few times I used a overhead door company that I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. There was no pressure whatsoever to have me do additional work. I feel this was money well spent.

It went well, he arrived on time, in fact he waited for me to meet him at my house. He tuned up my garage door and changed light bulb. He also provided education of system and how to maintain it properly.

Arrived withing 2-hour window as scheduled. I watched as he completed all lubrication, checks and tightened hinges. Spent a good half hour on my aging garage. The door had been very noisy, but now is much quieter and running more smoothly.

Adjustment of life sensor and door rails were etensive. Some drag and rumbling still existed due to the current spring system on the 2nd door.

Service was great. New nylon rollers are quiet! Also made multiple adjustments within the door itself. Very professional and timely. Would definitely use again!

Guy, was extremely professional. he even tried to adjust my other garage door opener which wasn't working properly free of charge. Very fast and the product he sold was top notch and quiet.

Was very well versed and experienced and told me everything I wanted to know about my garage doors. Went well we could have spent a lot more replacing a lot of old door equipment. I had to pick my point of wanting to continue to do work.

The installer was nice, knowledgeable, prompt, and fast. My only complaint was that he discussed with me the possibility of installing insulation on the doors, we had an extended discussion on it, and he said he would get back to me, but I have never heard back at all.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal to have our garage door system inspected and quite rollers installed on a Sunday evening. An hour later we received a message from Atlas that Tom would be calling to set an appointment. Tom was able to get us in the next day (Monday, January 19). After installing the quiet rollers, Tom diagnosed several problems with our system: the opener sensitivity was way out of whack (due to some DIY adjustments...), the sensors were not in the correct place, the safety reverse was failing, and our door spring was bunching and malfunctioning. Tom gave me a fair price ($225) for the spring replacement, as well as correcting all of the other problems. He also as part of the big deal, made sure all bolts were tightened and well lubricated. Tom is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. We were very happy with the service and would recommend him highly.

One morning as I was leaving for work and closed my garage door the door came off track. I called Atlas Overhead Door and Tom arrived within an hour. He got my door back on track and operational. He then explained what caused the problem and what could be done to prevent it from happening again. I decided to replace the worn out parts so that i did not have to deal with this problem again any time soon. He was very helpful and answered all my questions not to mention my garage door is as good as new again!!
