 + -1 moreHe took a deposit of about $1900 and cashed that check within two days of giving it to him at a local bank. From that point on, he was basically unresponsive and never came back to do the work. He sent me some color samples and called a couple times to make me think the shutters were being delivered.
Description of Work: He gave me an estimate for installing shutters and blinds.
