My roof had damages from a recent hail storm, and after taking advantage of the free roof inspection by Anderson Restoration, decided to go ahead and file a claim with my homeowners insurance company. The insurance adjuster didn't take very long to approve for the whole-roof replacement. Clint Anderson (my contact person) had been extremely helpful in guiding me through this process. He has been very honest from the beginning and really spends the time to explain everything. I've actually learnt a lot about roofing through him. Never once did he try to upsell his services. In fact, Clint even went beyond the insurance repair estimates and added the ridge vents, aluminum box vents, and wind turbines for at no additional cost to me. The crew came early on Friday morning and started work right away. They carefully placed tarps and covers around areas of falling debris and, amazingly, cleaned up everything at completion. It was a long day of hard work but the crew got the job done and I have a beautiful roof and a much cooler attic as a result. This was my first time using Anderson Restoration and I am extremely happy with their services and workmanship. Highly recommended!!!

July 23, 2014 Review of Anderson Restoration in Cypress, Texas We recently discovered we had storm damage to our roof from hail and wind which occured about one year ago. We asked Darrell Anderson of Anderson Restoration to take a look at our roof and let us know what he thought we should do. He confirmed the damage and suggested we contact our insurance company and ask them to assign an adjuster and start the claim process. He met with the adjuster and showed him the the damage he saw and when the claim was approved by the insurance company, he explained how the entire thing would work and scheduled us to have our new roof installed. He sent a great crew who not only replaced the roof but alerted us when they found a problem like rotted wood which needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job, showed upevery day early and when they were finished, there was no mess and they made sure we were happy. Darrell came by several times over the course of the job and made sure we were happy. We highly recommend Anderson Restoration to our friends and neighbors and in fact, we have already given their name and number to two people. This company is very professional. I met with the gentleman. He came out to the house. Very very professional. I have not spoken to him again. His pricing is little bit higher than the one I am actually going to go with. I have not got to talk to him to see if he could match the other roofers bid. Very easy to work with. I have not totally made up my mind yet. Well I guess that everything about the company is an A+.

They did a good job. I don't have any leaks, but it's hard for me to say whether the work was needed or not. Whatever he did is holding up, so I really have no complaints. They were very responsive. They came out right away and they came out quick to do the job.

Our roof replacement was due to damage from one of many storms in our area. Mr Anderson worked with our insurance company and put a brand new roof on our house and other buildings. The team was fast and efficient. Our yard looked like they were never there. They picked up any nails left in yard and driveway and trash generated by their work. We will use this company again.

It was good we were satisfied. There were some issues, the roof was falling a little bit a couple of months later. We let them know and they came by to fix it. They are good at follow up too.

This is not the first time we have used Anderson Restoration. We had previous leaks on the same roof and had them re-inspect the condition of our roof. They are very thorough and sent me photos of the area as well as went over the information over the phone since I am out of state. During the process, they sent additional photos of the damaged area when the shingles were off and final photos of the completed area. Their warranty is amazing and I am very pleased with how everything went. They were done in 1 day and left the area very clean. I highly recommend them.

I had a roof leak and called Anderson Restoration to come out and inspect the roof. I met with the owner, Darrell Anderson, who was very courteous and professional. After a thorough inspection I was informed that the roof had hail damage from a storm that had passed through the area earlier in the year. Subsequent to the initial inspection, Darrell and Mike met with my insurance adjuster, walked the roof, and were able to get my claim approved. The materials that Anderson used are top of the line GAF products. The Timberline shingles are a Lifetime shingle and the entire Roof system came with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. You can?t get a better roof system for the price. Anderson is a GAF Master Elite Installation contractor and did an excellent job installing the roof. I was home the day of the installation and all the material received and the quality of work done was as we had agreed. They also found an area of the roof that required additional work and they had to remove some siding and add additional flashing/storm guard to ensure that there would be no future leaks. They did this without any extra charge. I also had Anderson do some extra work for me that included replacing the old fascia with hardi-plank fascia, adding new gutters and painting the exterior. They did an excellent job on this work as well. Darrell came by every morning and afternoon to check on the crew and to make sure I was happy with the work they were doing. He was always available to me by cell phone and stayed involved in the project from start to finish. If you are looking for a roofing contractor that can provide a quality roof with excellent customer service then I highly recommend Anderson Restoration.

They did a good job on the roof. He was reasonable and he told me exactly how much his labor was going to cost. If I would get a roof up, I would probably go to them to get it done. Putting the air vents actually solved the problem we had. He recommended to have two put up there, not just one. His work was very neat and clean. He agreed with me that I didn’t have any circulation for hot air up there and it was just a ridge that was there. I’m satisfied with everything he did. The price was a little high but in my opinion, it was affordable for what he did. I don’t have to worry about calling him back again.

The provider detected a leak in the roof corner that was the culprit for a few water marks on walls in the house. I do not have previous experience with pricing of roofing but it appeared to be expensive for the amount of work involved.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was horrible. Something came out and they weren't able to make it. We made an appointment and so I took one day off to wait for them. Then they called me around noon and said they might not be able to come because of some emergency elsewhere. I told them that I took a day off so they need to help me with this, for them to do their best. The service person said he'll do his best and even if he couldn't, he will give me a call. They didn't come and didn't call that day. A couple of days later, I called the owner and complained about it. He told me they need to cancel my purchase because it started on the wrong foot so they didn't want to service me anymore. They wanted me to request for a refund from Angie's List. I know they're not bad all the way. My friend used their services and he was satisfied with them.

Wendi and Mike with Anderson Roofing provided an estimate and performed the replacement of our roof after a hail storm came through LaMarque, TX. They did a FANTASTIC job, were right on time, performed the work exactly as described, without ANY FINE PRINT OR GLITCHES! If you want a great company to replace your roof and a price that was $1000.00 less than all the other estimates that I got, then you need to call Anderson Roofing and ask for Mike or Wendi! You couldn't ask for a nicer couple of people or company that was nothing but professional! They even came over after the roof was completed to check to make sure we were happy, and then Wendi even called us a week later to check to see if everything was still OK. BEST COMPANY AND BEST PEOPLE THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN OVER 50 YEAR OF MY LIFE! HIRE THESE GUYS, THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!!

I manage apartment communities out of state and have an investment home in Tomball, Tx that I rent. We were in need of some roofing repairs and inspection so I found this company on Angie's List. The office manager was wonderful to talk with to help me schedule a time that would work for my resident. Even with a large storm that damaged over 100 homes that completely backed them up, they called and made their appointment. I was very impressed with the way they actually backed "customer service". The gentleman who came to inspect and repair my roof did a wonderful job and everything was fixed before he left. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them on a professional level to other investors, home owners and real estate agents in the area.

When there was a wind storm just before Christmas, some roof shingles flew off my roof. I noticed them in my back yard Christmas night and needed them to be repaired asap as the weather reports indicated several days of heavy rain were approaching. The morning after Christmas I searched Angies List and came across a $199 roof inspection coupon that included minor repairs from Anderson Restoration. They had a great rating and I could not beat the price. I called and explained my situation being urgent, and even though most of their contractors were out of town for the holidays, Clint was at my house within a couple of hours from my call. Clint is very personable and professional and repaired my shingles promptly. He mentioned the company that installed my Christmas lights shoved the clips too far into the stressed shingles that go over arches and with the strong winds, they were blown off. He even reattached the lights correctly after he repaired the shingles. I was so happy to have the repairs done before the rain, the morning after Christmas! I will be using their services again when needed, good contractors are so hard to find!

They worked with our insurance company and met with the adjuster. They worked everything out on their end as much as they could. They were very careful in protecting out pool; our pool backs up right to our house so they covered the pool. They did take the time and effort to take the shingles off without getting it into our pool and or into the neighbor’s yard. They cleaned everything up.

Our roof started to leak after a hail storm. Roofers were all over the neighborhood trying to get jobs the next day. Everyone who looked at my roof after the storm said the design on the leaky section of roof was poor. The roof in this section formed a bowl and there was not enough pitch to drain a heavy rain away before it backed up over the flashing. None of the storm chasers really had a plan for how to stop that section of roof from leaking again. When Mike from Anderson Restoration came out to give me an estimate, he immediately had a plan for the problem area. He suggested lining the entire area with GAF StormGuard (a rubberized material that adheres to the decking). He said the result would be like a pool liner covering the leaky area. In addition, he promised to install additional ridge vents and add a turtle vent in an area of attic space that had no ventilation. All this and we could schedule the job as soon as I wanted. We signed the paperwork on Friday and work began Tuesday morning. As soon as they started tearing off the old shingles, we saw roof damage was more extensive than we thought. We needed a total of six sheets of decking material to replace the rotting wood, not the two in the original estimate. The roofer working on the leaky (bowl) section decided that the StormGuard would not be enough. He wanted to add roofing tar to one section, as well. Again, no problem and no additional expense. They did a great job at at great price.

I asked my insurance company for a recommendation of a reputable roofing firm, since I was just coming off a horrific contractor experience, and they recommended Anderson Restoration. The work was completed on time, to spec, at the cost quoted, and I am very pleased.
