+ -1 moreWe called them out to check both our heating systems, they wound up charging us for only one unit when we had two. I called to mention it and they said not to worry about it. Service Tech performed the safety check on both systems, left them in good running order.

Description of Work: I bought a deal from Angie's list thinking it would cover an inspection and cleaning (it listed a lot of items the technician would do), but only covered an inspection. The cleaning was extra. I ended up signing up for their annual plan (which covered the cleaning).

+ -1 moreCalled that morning and scheduled an appointment. They were at my house and done before noon. The tech was very professional he went over every thing with me and got approval before any work was done.
Description of Work: Capacitor had gone out on the compressor. They came out the same day and replaced it. Also did a check on the rest of the system. I had them replace the capacitor on the blower motor also while they were out.

Description of Work: basically we were robbed, the technician claimed he put 5lbs of freon in the unit and within 24 hours the ac was out again. did not check for leaks just charged us $50 per lb of freon. talked to the manager he was no help told me it was my fault I did not get the leak checked.
