AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Technician went above and beyond on this project.

Initialization of new disk was done within 5 minutes, but that turned out to be the least of my problems. As it turned out, the problem was not my NVR, but a failed Ethernet hub blocking access to the internet. The technician temporarily wired around the hub and told me exactly how to install the the new hub when it arrived. Mean while I have a fully functioning security system.

LOOK NO FURTHER! I went with allsmart to install 4 in ceiling Atmos speakers in my home theater. Wesley was amazing, very professional, intelligent and polite. He was very knowledgeable about home theater systems and was able to help me determine the perfect locations for the Atmos speakers and installed them for me. His price was also fair and competitive. Wesley is also very knowledgeable about smart home automation and integration would strongly recommend him to all my friends and family for anything home theater or smart home related. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely use his service again!

Cannot recommend highly enough. Custom solution that met all of my needs for short-term rental property. Comprehensive knowledge of all the products and vendors out there, and which would be most workable for my needs. Easy app for me to control everything in one place. I’m going to use again for some audio/visual improvements also. I have so much more freedom now from worrying about what’s going on at my property! Best money I ever spent, reasonable pricing. Super professional service that fixed a problem I had with a previous tech. Westley came on time, had the technology needed to assess the problem and the experience and knowledge to resolve it. I rarely say, when done, 'WOW, that's perfect!' Our 65' TV looks great now, centered, securely mounted and positioned just right! The price was more than fair and can not stress enough how happy I am and fully recommend this company without hesitation!
