We are no happy, we did complaint the forts day of the work, we told the young manager in bathe about it, then the sales representative t dive came and told us they will take care of it. Pretty soon we got the owner saying Thai we need to paid 250 more, so we told him to report that to the insutance, he never did. First they said they never change that part of the roof? Second that was o co we by the insurance and Peter thay was bad construction. So we decide to stop the last payment until they correct this small part of work. Last thing they talk about going legal.
Description of Work: Change roof. The sales representative was great, he did his work with the insurance . Problem come with the installation and the people they hire to do the job. They were no ton lean, leave the mails around the house and install one small piece of roof wrong

Unfortunately, this situation was regrettably due to the client seeking to hold onto the insurance funds instead of honoring our contract terms based on work completed. When we were asked to do work outside the scope of "replacing the roof," we decided to provide complimentary assistance as a means of providing extra customer service. The fascia was not part of the scope of work but an added service provided free as an added value favor. We discovered the client's intent to refuse to pay for services and although the contracted work was completed and in compliance with inspection and quality standards, we were not paid.

PERFECT. NO COMPLAINTS. NO ISSUES AT ALL. THEY DELT DIRECTLY WITH MY INSURANCE COMPNAY FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT. MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH EASIER.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED MY ROOF. EVERYTHING WAS DONE AND CLEANED UP BEFORE I GOT HOME FROM WORK. I ALSO HAD A PORCH EXTENSION DONE. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. CALL THEM EVEYTIME I NEED ANYTHING.

They did a great job. Our sales rep was with us every step of the way and answered all of our questions. The install team did a great job and I was impressed at how much trouble they went to, to clean up afterwards.

Description of Work: AGS has several divisions, and their performance varies. The roofing division did an excellent job of replacing my roof. If I were evaluating only the roofing division, I would give them all A's. The interior repairs division was much less satisfactory, slow , and had to be forced to clean up. |C to D.
