Jennifer and David were a great team on getting my water heater replaced and installed quickly. They were helpful from beginning to end. Answered all my questions, gave me a great price and stuck with it even when additional problems popped up. My tank was in the attic above the second floor and it was completed in about an hour or hour and a half at the most including cleanup. I was blown away with their service. Thanks again

It took several days for David to be able to respond to our request to repair a gas leak. But, hey, no problem. David was swamped with work responding to Hurricane Harvey in Houston. He was able to get to our home on Labor Day late afternoon and fixed our leaky gas pipe in less than two hours. For that outstanding service, on a holiday, he charged $175. I was astounded at the low price. Can't praise David Lee enough for his work, friendly professional nature and very reasonable price. One plumber, also recommended by Home Advisor that was able to give a quick evaluation of our job, started telling about all the work that he would have to do, obviously preparing us for an estimate of hundreds of dollars. He couldn't do the job at the time, so we never called him back. Thank goodness again for David Lee.

Excellent response to same day appointment - worked around my schedule. They fixed a broken pipe in the first visit, explained about other plumbing needs, provided a quote (very reasonable) for a full house re-plumbing and followed up to make sure everything was working well. Very organized and neat. This was the BEST experience I have ever had with a plumbing repair.
