We wanted to replace our existing water heater that had started to leak with a tankless option. After reviewing options with David, we actually stayed with the tank option and they replaced it faster than I could have asked for. David communicated their plans to us well in advance, so we could adjust our schedule to meet their install time. They offered a military discount and a discount for paying via check versus credit card. I would highly recommend their service!

I just had David install a Rinnai tankless water heater and could not be more pleased. I had two other contractors give me bids, one stated he would have to do considerably more than what David had told me and attempted to sell me another tankless heater that wasn’t as good a day an install and purchase price about $500 more. The second contractor told me to get a standard water heater since everyone he talked with that got a tankless wanted to yank it out after a month since none of tankless heaters did what they said. In other words they didn’t know how to install this “Cadillac of tankless heaters”. David was very professional and installed the Rinnai in a few hours. I’d definitely recommend him, he knows more about these tankless system since his practice concentrated on this. I’m very happy with his quality work and you will be as well

Affinity Plumbing is now my Go To Plumbing company. I was so impressed with David, his knowledge and expertise. He was so helpful and answered all of my questions about our tankless water heaters and then went above and beyond. We talked about faucets and how to extend their life and he then took me through a complete education on our water softener. He was only here to flush our tankless water heaters but did so much more. VERY IMPRESSED WITH AFFINITY. They were also 60% less expensive than Abacus Plumbing. If you need anything for plumbing call AFFINITY!!

They were very competitive on price for the same quality of unit being installed. Most other bids were significantly higher for the same scope of work. They were responsive and easy to reach for all of my calls. They showed up on schedule each time and the work was completed in a very timely fashion. They left the work area as clean or cleaner than they found it.

David came out scope the installation, and gave a very fair estimate and a timeline that worked well for me. This seems obvious, but in getting estimates, I ran into companies that gave quotes without ever visiting and companies whose prices were $3000-$4000 higher.. On installation day, David came on time, he was a professional in how he set up, the installation was clean, and the end result was very good. Affinity plumbing is now on my speed dial for all plumbing needs.
