A high temperature failsafe sensor had been tripped in the water heater. He didn't charge me to reset it. And gave me lots of options and info on eventual replacements. Really professional, really nice. If all service people were like this we wouldn't need rating sites.

David was easy to work with. He told me he'd be at my house by a certain time and when he knew that wouldn't happen he called to update me. I understand things happen and appreciated his call. He did not charge a service charge to look at the problem the way other companies wanted to do. He was quick and did a good job. I'd call him for future issues.and would recommend him to friends/family.

They came out and replaced a water heater. Good work. One of the connections leaked and we had to call them back out to get that taken care of, but they were pretty good about getting back out.

We got off to a rocky start, but David Lee took care of us. We're very happy that our repair was a simple one, and he charged us a trip charge. The whole project was a lot simpler and therefore a lot less expensive than we thought it would be, so we're very satisfied.

Tankless Water Heater Repair
David serviced my tankless water heater. I'm also having issue with scale which is unrelated to tankless. After servicing the unit and coming back in few days with potential solution, after seeing the scallling again in the aerator of my faucet, David didn't htink the original solution would take care of my issue. He didn't want me to have something installed that may not be beneficial...incurring cost that with out the intended results. He offered several plans to address the issue but encouraged waitng to gather more information. He didn't want me to spend money needlessly which I appreciated a lot.

David called promptly after submitting my request, showed up exactly when promised and provided a competitive quote on a quality water heater. His installers arrived later that same day and had the old unit out and a new one installed (in a second floor attic) in under 2 hours. They were very friendly and professional, taking care not to damage walls or flooring on removal of the old unit. They originally brought a different water heater than we had discussed and quoted, but David had them return to the shop and get the correct unit to install. I will recommend and use Water Pros again.

Water Pros contacted me immediately and people on site within a couple of hours. They found the problem, went and retrieved a water heater and had it installed by days in. During the installation they found the roof vent for the water heater did niot have a vent cap and found a supplier, went and got the part and installed it. They cleaned up any debris prior to leaving my house. Excellent customer nad communications skills.

David Lee and his crew gave me a competitive estimate, showed up on schedule and completed the work very professionally. Their price was fair and much better than several other plumbing company estimates, plus they provide a better labor warranty to go along with the manufacturer's warranty on the water heater. I will use them again when/is I need a water heater replaced.
