Water Pros replaced my broken hot water heater 6 months ago. In doing so they ripped and snagged my carpet while taking the broken hot water heater outside of my home on a dolly. It is a 2 story home and the hot water heater is located in the attic. No care was taken as far as protecting the carpet or stairs--nothing was put down for the dolly to roll on. I ended up with dirty footprints (which they cleaned once I complained) and snags down the stairs and a good sized rip under the attic entrance. It took several months for them to come to repair and the repair is not good as new. The owner after many, many phone calls agreed to replace with his insurance. Then after months he said his insurance will triple his rates if he uses them for my claim. He said that he would have a carpet company come to measure and give an estimate on replacing. I have called him so many times that I now have given up. I do not believe he will ever stand good for the carpet as it is one excuse after another. The last was his worker was kidnapped (I am not making this up) and he has been busy. He says he will call and never does until I leave many, many messages. He always says he has been very busy and promises to move into action which never happens. I would not recommend this company as if something goes wrong he evidently cannot use his insurance to take care of the issue and is not willing to pay out of pocket. The owner seems to be a nice guy so this behavior has been very disappointing to me. I would not want this (or worse) to happen to anyone else. It seems from the reviews they are good if all goes well. I wish mine had gone all well,but unfortunately it did not.

He went out of his way to make sure the issue was resolved. He wanted to make sure we would not have any more issues before he left.

We thought that our hot water heater was out. Thankfully it wasn't. This company's response time was quick and their customer service attitude was great. Will call them again with future plumbing needs.

David responded quickly to my call. He gave me a time window of when he could be by to do the job, and called when he got tied up longer than expected. Came in and did the work, and was very professional. Gave me advise on what to look out for if the problem were to continue. Very friendly and very helpful!!

The technician was very patient, being that he waited for my wife who was about an hour late.

I used Water Pro to repair 2 leaky faucets at a rental home. They responded quickly, they contacted the tenant and made the arrangements for the repairs. Pricing seemed reasonable. No unnecessary prequalifications from me, they just completed the work and invoiced me. Nice.

David was very experienced in Tankless water heaters. Very professional, Showed care in going out of his way to get our heater working again and understood what we were going through.

They think out of the box to solve your problem, and are responsible and efficient. Although they are a little more expensive then other plumbers, their service is worth the extra.
