Giving 5 stars because we can’t give more! David & his team (Isaac & Jose) were simply awesome. They were professional, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, detailed oriented, neat, and honest! Our daughter & her husband are first time home buyers, new to the Houston area and have an 18 month old baby. After two days of no hot water and numerous attempts with a variety of other companies who either weren’t available or tried to up-sell her we sensed the frustration in her voice. We are in California feeling helpless and did a quick Google search that led us to Affinity Plumbing LLC on Home Advisors. Impressed by the reviews we read and a gut feeling, we made an after-hours phone call (2hr time difference) and received a prompt text response from David to the message we had left. David made no promises, but Isaac & Jose did arrive promptly the next morning, assessed the situation, and provided a written estimate for the installation of a tank less water heater. They didn't try to take advantage of the situation and gave a fair price whereas two other estimates were so outrageously high at about 6x the cost of the unit itself. The estimate Affinity gave was within their budget & by the end of the day they not only had hot water but the two old 50gallon tanks were also out of their attic! David and his company came thru for two worried parents who felt so helpless. We cannot thank him enough for his compassion, understanding and all that his company did to resolve this unique situation. We think he now has a forever client on any plumbing related issues.

David the owner is very knowledgable professional. He personally supervised the project, and came in the very next day to make adjustment free of charge when I called him.

They were very punctual and professional and the work was done in a timely manner and right . They explained what was wrong and how they wee going to fix my water heater problem. I actually had another problem with a leaky pipe which he fixedt right on the spot. Very reasonable in price so I will definitely use them again and recommend them

I submitted a request for service after hours because my pilot light would not stay lit. Affinity responded to my request first thing the next morning and came out within 2 hours the same day. The tech was knowledgeable and explained what the issue was. I have a big house with 2 water heaters so he gave us a discount for servicing the 2nd heater. The pricing was in the range listed on this site so there were not any surprises.

I woke up this morning to no hot water, so I got on Home advisor as I always do and called Affinity Plumbing thinking there was no way I could get someone today. But I was pleasantly surprised because I was told the guys were headed to pick up a part anyway and the problem was diagnosed over the phone. They picked the valve up and had me back up and running within 3 hours. Bravo! The crew was nice, explained the work and showed me what failed. As Always Home Advisor came through with a highly rated company that did not disappoint. I thought it was just a bit pricy but as with most I am willing to pay the little extra to get it done right with no call backs or trouble. I will call these guys again for sure when needed.

Affinity did good service in the installation. There was a malfunction with part of the equipment and later there was a leak within a few days and it dripped and sstained the ceiling and swelled a door to where it would not open or close. I have atlked with the company to have them to get the damage repaired and they have not after 2 weeks ever contacted me . Good installation, but terrible follow up in admitting and getting the repairs completed.

The guys working on the house were very informative and kept me in the loop about the work

We ran into an issue regarding a typical tank water heater and David at Affinity gave us a great deal on a tank less water heater. He also came back to resolve an issue that came up after the install and made sure I was satisfied.

Honest, helpful customer service. They did a great job installing the new water heater, it looks great. Quote was a slightly over my budget, but still great overall value for the money. Highly recommend!

This is a solid company. Called about 6:45 AM and received a call back in 5 minutes. When I explained my situation, within a few minutes, I could tell that the person handling my call was very knowledgeable -- it was obvious he had done the type of repair I required more than a few times. He told me alternatives and gave a ballpark estimate over the phone that turned out to be very accurate and reasonable given the method used for completing the repair. I'm extremely pleased with them and will definitely use them again for an upcoming project.

Very knowledgeable and the technician was very professional and thorough. My water tank is 11 years old and he did a rust evaluation and tested the gas lines for leaks. He gave me an overall assessment of my tank and provided an estimate for a tankless system. I am more than please with my experience and plan to use them again in the future.
