"RCC Group is horrible!!! DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! Once you complete a job for them they ignore all phone calls and text messages because they don't want to pay... John only called back when he was threatened with a lien... When he finally decided to make payment the amount was less than what he owed and came up with some bogus excuse to why!!! Same yourself the headache and DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR HIM..."

"After spending half a day looking for a company that would install a replacement window, I found Klein Glass & Mirror. Most companies I spoke with would not install a single window - they do full home remodels. I already had a replacement window from the manufacturer and just needed installation. Jose was quick to give me an estimate (within 30 minutes) and scheduled my job for the next day pending good weather. The two installers, Ricky and Jimmy, called ahead and showed up with everything needed to do the job. It took a little over an hour to complete the work and they did a good job protecting our floor from the debris while they worked. The window looks exactly as it did before (except no crack), and they did a great job cleaning up and wiping everything down. Very reasonable prices and above average attention to detail and cleanup. Highly recommended!"
