2 months without a dryer!! DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM!!!! I purchased a dryer from Lowe's and purchased the extended warranty on my appliance and needed a repair done on my dryer. Lowe's contracted with PortAirs Appliance to service my dryer and I am still waiting for this repair to be completed. The first time, the technician went out and diagnosed the problem, he ordered the wrong part for it. The second time the technician went out, he stated that the other part that he requested didn't come with the other part and he would have to reorder it. One week later, we called to see if they ordered the part and the extremely rude lady that answers the phone stated that the technician closed the ticket out and there is nothing else they can do and we would have to call the manufacturer (SAMSUNG) and order the part ourselves. I have tried calling several times prior, no one ever answers the phone, you get redirected to a voicemail only to get a message that the mailbox is full and you cant leave a message. This is ridiculous service! Save yourself time and money and do not ever hire this company for any services, they will just waste your time and money!

They arrived, didn't even bother to take the unit apart. They tried to tell me that it wasn't properly secured to the house and that's why it was vibrating. I couldn't understand why they wouldn't even inspect the unit. It was obvious that the fan blades were not balanced properly and this would have solved the issue. I feel that this company has no clue what they are doing and you would think Haier America would have hired a reputable company to do their warranty work.

In April I called Lowe's extended warranty and asked for a service call and Port ayers came out and said it needed a drain pump as it was not draining water. Port ayers ordered the part and installed it and it still didn't work so they ordered another part. The problem is they reported back to the extended warranty that the job was completed (I only last week discovered this) and they contnued ordering parts without notifying Lowes that this was all going on. They hae since ordered 2-3 of every part they could and no one can figure out why as Lowe's cannot pay them for work that they have not shown as doing. Lowe's has asked for a service history and the owner told me that they were given the history but for some reason Lowe's does not have it. The second main board is scheduled to be installed this coming Wednesday. I am to wait until that is installed and if it still doesn't work I need to try another service provider and then start the whole process over again. Years ago I was told that a machine sitting for that long will not work --- parts dry out. 2 technicians have told me that the machine cannot be fixed and yet the ownes end up ordering yet another part. They don't answer the phone (recording = on another line or away from thier desk) or return their voice messages so you have to continue to all in and eventually get a real person.
