They provide very good service. They are honest and dependable. They were on time. They know their stuff very well. I rate them high overall.

We live in Seguin, TX and they spray our Beach House in Rockport, TX. I have used Aggie Pest Control for about 5 years now. I use them every year to spray for Oak Worms because every Spring the Oak Worms hatch. Aggie has us on a yearly Auto Spray list. I get a postcard from them a few weeks ahead of time asking if we still want the yearly service and what's a good time to spray. I send the card back and they come out to spray then they send me an invoice. I like that they spray without payment so it doesn't delay the Spraying. It's very important to spray at a certain time and I appreciate the trust from them that I will pay. I will always use this company. Since they started spraying we have NEVER had a outbreak of Worms even when our neighbors have.

Made appointment with Pest Fog the week before and was unable to keep the appt due to rain. I felt that it would not be good to apply the liquid chemical when it would not dry and my outdoor pets would walk all over it. I called the same morning as the appt and it was rescheduled with no problems. The original company I had used would stop by few days after a cancellation and say they could squeeze me in, which it was never a good time due to weather and/or not having enough time to bring in all the animals. Pest Fog came on time the following week, inspected the house, and applied pest control indoors. The weather was starting to turn bad and the Pest Fog guy suggested that he come another day for the outside application. He came out two days later, the weather stayed fine, and he finished the outside application. Now I'm happy with no sign of roaches.

They were referred to me by other family members who have been using them for years. They are reliable. They are dependable. They come on time. They are unobtrusive. We seemed to have a good pest control.

I didn’t have any problems. If you have any issues they come and fix. It’s really good to work with them. What they do is great. They don’t need to change anything. They are open to discussion, at least the gentleman who comes to my house. He discusses your issues and makes friends with your pets. There is still competitive; they haven’t gone above over the years. The guy is always on time. He just does what he is supposed to do. We are happy with their service. I would use them in the future.

They have a four month guarantee and I have had to have them back several times. Everyone that has come out has been really nice. It is a good company and all the employees have been very friendly. I will use them again in the future.

They did good work, they are professional and personable. THe workers I get all the time are pretty good.

With the Pest Fog service people, we never get that creepy feeling you sometimes get when a stranger walks through your home. And they listen to our reports of problems.

They are always punctual to the minute, very courteous, and considerate of my concerns for my indoor pets and my neighbors' outdoor pets who sometimes hang out under my home. The treatments have been very effective at controlling the roach invasions. I will use them again.

I continued using the service previously set by the prior owners of my home. While there were some billing challenges to start with I am happy with the service and I haven't seen so much as an ant in my house since we've lived here.

Since calling them for an infestation of ants in a window frame, Pest Fog has always come when I need them and done the job. I've met 3 or 4 service men and they have all been on-time, professional and very polite. My house is on a slab and with Pest Fog's service I have only seen an occasional sliver fish?no spiders, or palmetto bugs or ants in the house. They also check the attic and have advised me about ways to keep mice/rats out. There have never been signs of rodents. To me, the price per quarter, $65.49 is well spent.

I have used Pest Fog for 12 years for routine pest control and have found them to be EXCELLENT every time. They call when service is due (and continue to call until they reach me--which I really appreciate). The service person (Robert in my case) arrives on-time, with a great attitude, and greets my dog and cat by name. I have NO problems with pests. I LOVE this company and would refer them to the most discriminating friend.
