Real Deal Curb Appeal

The project involved painting the entire exterior, as well as the interior common area walls, doors, baseboards, and moldings. After considering three contractors, we chose Real Deal Curb Appeal (RDCA) for their affordability and the value they offered. Overall, we are satisfied with the finished product; however, its execution was not flawless and required a significant amount of unexpected oversight to meet our desired expectations. On a more positive note, Eric and his team went above and beyond to address all of our concerns, showcasing a genuine commitment to ensuring the job was thoroughly complete. I would consider RDCA for future jobs and have recommended them to friends and family.

The team here at Real Deal Curb Appeal were amazing. I scheduled a bit of an unorthodox project of putting a TV Stand together, finishing a project I started by putting glass doors on a display cabinet I had not done yet, then putting 2 display cabinets on top of the TV stand and mounting them to the wall. Now mind you, I scheduled all of this at around 8:30/9:00am this morning on a Thursday! But the team here was responsive, connective, easy to work with, managed my expectations, but assured they would be able to do the job today, or possibly even tomorrow. But, sure enough, I just got home at 8pm, and my project was already taken care of to my exact expectations. Will definitely use them again. I 100% recommend Real Deal! Will definitely be using them again in the future for any projects I'm burdened with, but without the time or energy to complete! Thank you Real Deal!

The communication was great. The pricing was fantastic. I did five estimates, and these guys was the lowest price plus better service. They came out and they monitored the work and kept me fully informed? The service rep was great called throughout the day and sent pictures and has also gave me other quotes to repair damages in home and replace my bathroom. I have referred them to my neighborhood for others to use small company but great service.
