I will not sell you things you do not need just so I can make money. If you have a question, give me a call, it cost you nothing to talk to me and I very likely will save you money. If your ac is "kaput" and you need some help, you are at the right place. I will explain the failure to you and the probable cause of the failure. I tell you the total price before and the work is not performed until you authorize the repair. Every repair is back by a 2 year parts warranty and a 1 year labor warranty. I am not a big company and you are not a number with me. To rest your concerns, I often repair units that other companies have said were not repairable.If you want a new system, I have been a Carrier Dealer for over 20 years and offer financing for any type of credit situation. But I am not here to sell equipment I am here to help you save money. Please take advantage of my over 37 years of experience.

The service was excellent. They were very knowledgeable. I've used them three times. They're the only one I'll let in my home. They were kind enough to go to Home Depot with me to pick a good water heater.

Sir it has been over 5 years since I repaired your heating problem. I am happy to see the repair I made has surpassed the 2 year warranty all customers get with a repair by me. In fact over 5 years later my repair has not failed. I am sorry you feel like you were over charged. However, prior to doing the approved repair, I stood before you and explained the cost and the details of the repair. You authorized the repair and readily accepted the cost and terms of our agreement. Since 1988 when I started my business, my mission has to do great work that last for a long time. And do that repair at a fair price that the customer agrees to BEFORE the work is done.

This service was hired by my warranty company to repair our heating system during the 20F weather. The repairman showed up and looked at the system late Tuesday evening which was great. He hardwired the system so the heater would constantly blow upstairs and still will not turn on downstairs. He said a part had to be ordered. I asked how long it would be and he wouldn't answer. I asked "a day? a week? a month?". He said it would be a day or so. He texted the next morning and said that Saturday is the first available time/day he could return and asked my schedule. I told him I could take off from work early and meet him around 2:00pm. He then no showed on Saturday. I contacted him after waiting for 2 hours and asked if he still planned on repairing the heater to find out he can't show up until Monday. The upstairs heat that he "repaired" is now broken, again, and the downstairs is colder than an icebox. The repairman now refuses to show up at all. The repairman is incompetent and unable to keep to his word. After numerous texts back and forth with the repairman and calls to the warranty company, the repairman refuses to complete the repair and to be honest, I don't think I would trust him to repair it properly anyway. I am now concerned if his "tinkering" might have caused issues with our heating system.
Description of Work: The provider showed up and wouldn't repair the heater. He disconnected a few wires and bypassed a board so the upstairs heater blows constantly and will not shut off.

I remember you, it was about 11 at night when I arrived at your home. Geez, it was cold that night! You did have a defective thermostat. You, your wife and children were cold and the heat was not working. Your home was heated by a Heat Pump and the thermost was failing to tell your back up ( electric heat strips to come on). I did what I would have done had it been my family, I got you heat and I did so in a risk free manner with a temporary repair. The next day your home warranty called me and said you had complained about my service and they you said I was "creepy" and not to send me back to your home. I am actually not a Creep, I am a Veteran, I am almost 70 years old, I have a family, we are happily married, I put my girls and wife through college, I sponsor 2 Memorial Scholarships every year. When my best friend died , I paid for his funeral ( from the headstone, the coffin, the vault to the flowers) When another friends Mother passed away he was low on money so I paid for his Mothers funeral, once while standing in line to pay a toll charge, a disabled black man was trying to get the tag agency to lower his bill so he could pay the tolls. They were not going to lower the bill, so I stepped up and paid bill $615.00 for that man. Thats the kind of Man I am. Please do not judge a elderly person by what you at 11 o'clock at night after that person has warmed a dozen people by making them warm. And is still there for your family.

He answered the my call within an hour on a Sunday morning. He was at my house within 2 hours. He showed me the problem and suggested the best way to fix it. Since he did not have a part on his truck, he arranged to come back on Monday. He arrived at the agreed upon time. I was very happy with the service. There is a one year guarantee.

Thank you for your kind review. In a few days it will be over 8 year since I repaired you AC system. I carry a variety of parts on my truck, sometimes , usually after hours, if it is a control board we have to return to complete the repair.

He found an existing problem in the overflow drain in my attic that had been going on for 10 years and got it corrected. He was very responsive to my calls and my concerns. He did not just try the quick fix that everyone else has done for years. I would happily recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Over 8 years ago ! I remember you, [Member Name Removed]. Certainly I remember the job, you had a HVAC plumbing issue that for years had been over looked by other companies. I remember looking all over and finally found the leak was betweeen the upstair walls. You had me install 2 new Carrier AC Systems in your home. It has always been great working for you. But if you have a AC problem, here I am. Since 1988 and still going !

Description of Work: Another company diagnosed the problems with our six-year old A/C system: We needed to replace the entire system. We called Denco to ask for a second opinion. They also said it needed to be replaced. We started shopping around, getting educated about different brands, energy efficiency, and cost, and Denco was the company that could give us the quality brand that we wanted at a discounted price. Denco's bid included everything, installation, taxes, etc. There were no nasty financial surprises. When they first came to give us a bid, they were right on time. Two men came out to the house and spent nearly two hours making sure they knew everything about that existing system. I had questions for them after they left, and they had great custoer service over the phone. They actually installed the new system on 5/15, but by then we'd had lots of positive contact. We arranged for them to come at 7 a.m., and they were on time again. By 12:15 they had the system up and running. They explained the new thermostat to me and demonstrated how to program it. They provided a 10 year parts (including the compressor) and five year labor warranty. They hauled away the old parts and cleaned up after themselves so my yard and attic were left in good condition. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new system or repairs on an existing system. They were very professional and true to their word.

Wonderful service.
Description of Work: It was a warm Sunday night in May when we realized our AC was not cooling off. We had recently been told by another company that our old, outdated system could be replaced for a huge amount. The man from Denco came out within 30 minutes of our call that Sunday night and replaced a small component in our system in no time. He also gave us a written quote for a much more affordable new system. His repair got us through another summer but we will definitely call Denco when we want to install the new system.

Member is exactly correct, we do not sell our customers things that do not need. However there are plenty of HVAC companies advertising on TV, Coupons and Internet that they offer $19.95 and $39.9 A/C Tune Ups.First of all you cant get a decent pizza delivered for $19.95 so dont ever believe you are getting a A/C company to drive across town, fix your A/C for $19.95. Next, you cant "tune up" an air conditioner. Its not a car motor, all they can do is come out and sell you things you most likely do not need. Heres the bottom line, if your air conditioner is working, (not making any strange noises) leave it alone. Fix it when it breaks. No A/C tech can predict the future and they sure cant tell you "this part is about to break". The two best things you can do for your A/C is change the air filter monthly. I know some of you are buying pleated high end filters and the manufacturer claims they only need to be replaced every 90 days, however, the guy who made that claim doesnt live in Texas where your a/c works overtime in the summer. At least check your filter once a month. ( for those who cant remeber that, add it to your calendar on your phone or on your wall. Next rinse off the outside unit with a garder hose in the spring and during the summer. And if you have a problem make certain you are calling a honest company to do your repairs. He's a good man and he is an honest man. He's not looking at you with dollar signs in his eyes. He wants to fix the job and get it done.
