Cimarron Landscape

The company was recommended by a friend. We received 2 proposals from other companies and chose Cimarron. Our backyard was a mess, bad erosion because we had no grass because we had no way to keep it watered other than a hose. We have 3 big dogs and they were constantly digging in the dirt. All the dust was then brought into the house. Also; we have been having foundation problems and the engineer recommended an irrigation system to keep the foundation watered. We worked with the owner Ryan Mounger. The work took approx. 4 to 5 days. They handled all the permitting with Arlington city to make sure we were in compliance with the city. We didn't have to handle any of that and Ryan met with the inspector when the work was completed. We passed inspection completely. They re-graded the backyard, brought the dirt back up to the foundation of the house. They not only installed a sprinkler system but installed a drip watering system in the flower beds and along the side and back of the house for the foundation. We never thought of any of that and we are hoping it will help with the foundation problems. All of the holes from the dogs were filled in and they installed sod on most of the backyard. Their cleanup was fantastic, they mowed what grass we had and cleaned up all the leaves. Their is no bare dirt, no dogs digging, actual grass, (can't wait until spring when it is green) and they will replace any sod that doesn't grow. They installed the irrigation system in the front yard also, did an excellent job of cleaning up with very minimal damage to the grass in the front yard. Ryan went over completely with my husband how to operate the sprinkler system. We are so excited no more dragging hoses all over the yard. He and his crew were very professional, courteous and answered any questions we had. They were all very friendly. I have no problem recommending Cimarron Landscape to Angie's List or to anyone who needs landscaping done. Kudos to Angie's List, so far we are 3 for 3.
