Description of Work: We used Sarah Armour. She is definitely a newer Realtor. Doesn't have much experience yet. My main issue was the lack of knowledge about things and the continuous push to get us to do our financing with one of the local mortgage people instead of our bank like we choose. She did not respect our choice as much as she should have.

+ -1 moreAgent did a market analysis and set a price for the house which I think was high. It was hard for me in the beginning to understand the market because I was too far from the property. During the escrow when I called the agent, he didn't answer.
