+ -1 moreJust awful. She responded to a text message asking for a quote. We set an appointment for the next day. She never showed up. Two days later I finally contact her and she said she'll come the next day. Again, a no-show and no communication. She showed up later that day when I was not at home. I set an appointment yet again and she sent someone who did not speak English. The woman couldn't understand a word I said and couldn't give me a quote. Absolutely worthless!
