Installation went as planned, on time, and with no apparent issues. The $1159 Panel Replacement offer did not include some items that were required to meed code, including a grounding and ground circuit to a cold water pipe, and a couple of other pieces. Overall, though, this was the lowest price bid, and they held to that.

When the electrician came, he listened to what we had had done. Then he discovered it was a blown fuse.

Great! They located the short, Repaired it, and installed 2 under-counter lights.

Rocky start with 3 miscommunication on appointment scheduling. After 3 weeks from trying to schedule first appointment we finally got it right. The technicians completed the work as requested. Great deal price but going back to my old electrician.

Had a partner and neither one was what I consider as a professional electrician. At one point the partner said (...you actually want me to change how it is plugged in. You must be kidding me! The only thing they accomplished in 4 hrs was wire the hall light, so it took 4 hrs and wire 1 light and didn't even put the light up!!

Everything went very well. They called when they were on their way and arrived within the scheduled time. They explained what they were doing and a couple of issues that were found. Had to run to the store to buy a part as the original fan was installed incorrectly. Cleaned up whatever mess there was when complete. very satisfied with their work!

Arrived late due to traffic. We we notified prior. Two electricians for two hours rather than 1 for four. A bit messy, but generally good work.

The experience overall was a pleasant one. Multiple visits, however, were required due to an unanticipated problem with our automatic garage-door opener. Many companies probably would have blamed the consumer for the malfunction of the opener due to the device's age and lack of prior routine maintenance, but Blessed Electric & Air was willing to take the time to resolve the matter, free of any additional charges. I would recommend this company purely on their commitment to quality service. When you call, ask for Jeff.

They were extremely prompt and communicated with me as To their time of arrival. They listened to my concerns and diagnosed the problems and planned the solution. Everything was fixed in the time I hired them for and I just paid for the one part. They were able to fix the fuse without "upselling" me anything! I learned they also have annual HVAC check contracts and decided to join their Family Plan. They've also now checked my A/C. They seem very trustworthy and honest. Love doing business with a family that takes pride in their work and doesn't want to cheat you!

I purchased an Angies List deal for two electricians for 2 hours. I requested an A.M. appointment. Around 9:30 a.m., Matt and Willie called before arriving to make sure I had necessary parts. I confirmed that I did. They arrived about 10 minutes until 10 a..m and after a quick discussion of what I wanted done, they started work. The first thing needed was to finish up some downstairs switches that had not been done previously because I didn't have the required parts. They quickly finished those switches and then started working on the upstairs. They mentioned that they had discovered some poor wiring techniques that had been used when the house was built and they corrected those. They finished both the remaining downstairs switches and the upstairs switches in about an hour and 15 minutes. I used part of the remaining time to discuss replacing a noisy bathroom vent fan and adding a timer to a manual switch that controlled Christmas Lights. I will be hiring them for those projects shortly. As before, I was pleased with the people and the work. They arrived in a truck with a Blessed Electric sign on it and they had on company shirts as well. They were efficient and professional when doing the work and they were easy to talk to. I will ask for Matt and Wille again.

Two men showed up for the job (earlier than originally scheduled, which was somewhat inconvenient): a middle aged man and a younger man (probably in his 20's). The younger one was arrogant, Mr. know-it-all, pointing out that this service would normally cost a lot more even though they had not been there for the full two hours as per the Angie's List discount coupon, and refused to perform some requested services unless we paid them extra, and also claiming that these services were not included in "the work order". The older man was more accommodating, polite and tried to be helpful, but it was obvious that the more eager younger man was in charge and on some kind of power trip, borderline rude at best. Not only will I never use the services of BLESSED Electric & Air again, but I am totally turned off by the experience and will think twice before buying one of those Angie's List coupons in the future.

Jeff and Chris are both very professional. Not only did they come out with very little notice they were able to troubleshoot and diagnose my problem very quickly. I had somewhat diagnosed the problem and their diagnosis was about the same. Not only did I need a new capacitor but needed a new fuse as well. Overall the experience was perfect and I will be using them for all my HVAC maintenance from now on.

Jeff Robertson and his team did a great job. They were punctual and nice. My house is a bit older and presented several 'surprises' along the way, but they handled each roadblock efficiently and correctly. Due to this, the scope of work carried over to a few more visits to complete everything. My initial Angie's List 'deal' was for $249 and 4 hours of labor, but my final bill was much more than this due to the extra work.
