It went great. Josh was extremely friendly and professional, and he was able to complete the job in much less time than we anticipated. He also talked us through why he chose the materials he chose and why he did the work the way he did. We also really appreciated this: Josh originally quoted us $425 to the do the work, through the GC we are using through our insurance company. I asked him how much to write the check for, even adding, "$425 like you originally said, right?" And he said, "No, just make it $400. It didn't take as long as I thought." The character and integrity it took to say that, when I was fully willing to pay the $425, was impressive. As I type this, I'm actually wishing I had just made it out for $425 anyway. :-) If we ever have a plumbing need again, this will be the first place we call.
