My technician, David, was super helpful answering all my questions and solving our plumbing issues. We had a large amount of dirt and sediment get into our water lines due to an exterior main line leak repair gone wrong. Dirt and debris had clogged multiple fixtures in the house. David flushed the debris out of our lines, flushed our tankless water heater, and repaired a couple of fixtures to restore running water. He also fixed a problem with our water softener that we’ve had (unbeknownst to us) since it was installed. The brine tank had been filling up and overflowing with water, and the valves for our softener/filtration combo system were in the wrong position. I can already feel the difference in our home’s water quality.

I have what turns out to be multiple problems with my 70-year-old house--large tree impeding foundation, blocked or broken pipe under foundation, water running under foundation. I was extremely impressed with the patience and ability of the Pioneer supervisor to communicate my plumbing situation. Aided by a sewer camera and his knowledge, he clearly defined what is happening with my kitchen drainage and provided options for restoring service and improving my property value. He understood that I need to know how my drainage/sewer needs fit into the overall picture before I commit to a solution. I recommend Pioneer on this basis.

The work was fast and efficient. The price might have been a touch high, but it's been an ongoing issue for years and needed to be done right.

Had appt with 4hr window scheduled. Tech never showed up and no communication from the office. I called and learned that Tech wouldn’t make it for at least another hour, so now we would be pushing 5hrs. We couldn’t make that work with our schedules, as we already set aside 4hrs from our jobs. Would have been nice if someone would have communicated the delay sooner instead of wasting our time. Unprofessional and surprising considering the good reviews.

They put in a hot water heater for us a few years ago and I was impressed with them at the time, so when our movers sheared off our faucet bib two days before closing, I called them in desperation. They had Jimmy out and my house fixed up within 2 hours…and it didn’t break the bank. Closing is back on track and now that I remember how awesome they are to work with, I’m going to have them come service the water heater on our new house. They do a great job and are very easy to work with! Thanks Pioneer and Jimmy!!

We were smelling gas coming from under our back patio, which we suspected was coming from our grill. After calling Pioneer, they sent a plumber out to fix it the very next day. Daniel was super friendly, respectful, and thorough. He quickly identified, confirmed, and fixed the source of the leak, which was indeed coming from the connection to the grill. I’ve hired Pioneer for a number of other jobs as well. Like Daniel, all of their people (Jeremy, Joey, and Kevin to name a few) have been very kind, respectful, and skilled workers. They make sure to explain everything they’re doing and why. 10/10 experience.

The service tech was very professional. He listened and responded in a knowledgeable manner. He resolved the issue and completed the job in a timely manner.

They were on time and went to work immediately and gave me a fair estimate of the issues in my home. I would recommend them to anybody as they know the plumbing business and they were very informative and patient.

We had wet sheetrock walls and suspected a leaking pipe. Derrick investigated and determined it wasn't a plumbing issued and referred us to another company. All this without a service fee! PP&S has gone into my contact list for all my future business.

Diagnosis of a heater pilot issue. We got a reasonable explanation of the options, and did not try to oversell us as others have tried. Was much more straightforward and gave us some cost saving options. That was very much appreciated. We decided to use them for our final repair option.

It went amazingly, I was quoted two options one in the $500s and one that was 2x that IF a pipe broke. I told the plumber I had all the faith in him. He figured out a way to complete the job, bring it up to spec and kept us in the budget of the original quote in the $500 range. We use them everytime. They are absolutely our go to. They were even there for us after the freeze straight away! As long as I live in the houston area—THESE WILL BE MY PLUMBERS.
