They sent technicians within 15 minutes to evaluate the problem, then replaced the toilet later in the day. Total cost - $285. What a bargain! The job was done quickly, and the bathroom was cleaned when they were done. I will use them again for any plumbing problem! Update - the problem occurred again - water gushed into the downstairs bathroom from the bathroom above. Got another plumber who reseated the toilet with a double offset wax ring. Said it had not been done properly by the previous plumber .... obviously.

I have had water in my back and side yard for quite a while. I finally realized that my water line was leaking. I left a message with the answering service and was contacted about two hours later. I was told someone would be there in about 45 minutes and that is about when they showed up. They showed me where the leak was by pointing out the movement of water coming up from the ground. They turned the water off, dug to expose the pipe, fixed the pipe and replaced the dirt. All this took about 45 minutes. They showed me photos of the old and new pipe in the ground and showed me the old pipe and explained why it had started leaking. I am confident the lake that has been my backyard will be dried out in time for my daughter to visit with her three dogs! I will definitely call them again if plumbing needs arise. Only cash or checks are accepted for payment. It would be nice if credit cards were accepted as well. Other than that, absolutely no complaints and nothing but praise for their quick and efficient work.

Both repairs were done well. No problem with either months later. The person who answered the phone initially took all the necessary information and said Mr. Orn would call me back. He did call, but it was the next day. Next time, in the initial call, I will ask when I can expect the work to be done. We arranged a time to meet at the property for that day. All the work was completed that day. I was quite satisfied, and will use Orn Plumbing again.

This was a HUGE job!!! My sewer line had collapsed and needed to be dug up and replaced. This might not have been so bad except the sewer line ran under my driveway. They had to bring in some big equipment to break up my driveway and remove all the concrete before they could even begin to do the repair. They then had to dig a five to six foot deep trench to remove the old broken line, install a new PVC line, and connect it to the city sewer system. My parents have used this company every since they started back in the 1970's. They are GREAT!!!! I have since used them for smaller jobs and am always pleased with the work and the cost. I will use them for as long as I live in the Houston area.
