 + -1 moreJames did a great job cleaning my carpet. He was prompt, thorough, highly conscientious, very hard working, and he charged me less than any other company I've used and did much better work. Other companies have rushed in and out, not moved any furniture, and left large wet areas in the carpet that took days to dry. James took the time to do the work carefully and thoroughly, moved furniture in multiple rooms without my even asking him to, got the carpet cleaner than anyone else had, and it was dry by the end of the day. And he ended up charging me less than his original estimate since he said my rooms were mostly small. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using his services again.

 + -1 moreHe did an awesome job ... he removed PEN MARKS made by my little one in the family ... I let him know if I see something and he corrects it. He makes it known that he will make sure I am 100% satisfied before he leaves. I am clueless why he has not have more reviews but try him and you will not regret .. This was my 2nd service provided by this company and will not be the last will call him every 6 month so that the price goes down to $49.99 for three bedrooms .
Description of Work: James the owner come to your home and pre-treat your carpets in three rooms, including attached hallways and closets, to target set-in stains. Then my rugs will be deep-steam cleaned and deodorized using state-of-the-art equipment, magically eliminating odors, discoloration, and deep stains for fresh, new-looking carpets.

The carpet looks brandnew and the stains were AWFUL, I'm amazed at how well he was able to clean the carpet and stairs. I felt very safe having him in my home and would definitley use him again and recommended him to my parents.
