I called Tim Howard early in the morning 16 June, 2014, I left a message informing him of the job (my elderly mothers sunroom needs to be torn down, in Pearland). I received no call back. I again called by the end of the week 18 June) to see if they heard my message. The man on the other line identified himself as Tim. He confirmed yes indeed he did hear the message and asked if Sunday the (22 June) was a good day if he could possibly be able to come to look at my mothers Sunroom. On Sunday morning I texted this same number looking to possibly get a confirmation of an approximate time and if he even planned on showing up. I also requested that if he was unable to come or do the job to please let us know. He responded saying that he had to reschedule a job that day (20 June) and would have no problem looking at it on Tuesday (22 June). He did comment that it would be 2.5 weeks before he would finish other jobs which, was no problem to us. Also, responding if we need someone else to do it he would understand. I told him Tuesday would be great! Well Tuesday the 22nd came around. And by 4:00 after waiting all day we realized he was not coming. We decided to go with another company. I am not sure if maybe we lived too far or what but at least tell call us and tell us. I find it VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL to simply pick up the phone and call or even to text me that he was not able to come or did not want the job. FYI....WE STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM AS OF TO DATE!!!

I couldn't be happier with Tim and his crew. They were on time, informed me if a piece of their equipment went down, and called every day to keep me informed of their progress. They finished in a timely factor and cleaned up everything. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Exceptional work done by Tim with Elite Excavating and Grading. He is a perfectionist with incredible knowledge. He had the best equipment for his jobs and the skill to handle them. He scheduled the necessary dump truck to deliver dirt and haul away all of the debris. Everything was handled in a professional timely manner and we could not be more pleased that we hired Tim to do the job. He is very responsible and returns your calls promptly along with keeping your project on schedule. His quality of work and integrity are top notch and if there is ever a need for us to do this type of work again, Tim would be the one we would hire. Thanks Tim - we are extremely pleased with the job you did for us and for taking the extra time to clean up our property afterwards.

I have used him more than once, for excavating, compact dirt work and demo. He is always available, always nice and respectful of our property. Even recommended him to my boss for a commercial project; very pleased.

We were very pleased with Elite's service. Tim Howard is the owner and he personnally came out to discuss our needs and a date for the project was given to us. Tim was very up front about everything, including the possible problems with the weather. He told us a date range that he would be able to start the project and he was able to get started and completed within that date range. He completed the project on budget and on time.
