+ -1 moreCalled Crosby A/C to get a repair guy out to unclog the A/C main drain.... at 11am today. Technician called me back at 11:10am and advised that they had just finished up at a residence nearby and wanted to make sure I was home. Arrived at 11:18am. Went straight to attic stairway, accessed clog, were very polite. Done by 11:30am and good to go.!! Holy cow was that fast and professional. Technicians were clean cut, polite and courteous. I would highly recommend and will be calling to get them to do the same for my daughter's house on Monday!!

+ -1 moreThe tech was professional and efficient. After removing the A/C panel, he immediately detected that the capacitor was bad and replaced it. From his ringing my door bell to my paying the bill ($138.86), the entire repair process took less than 10 minutes. I was back in my house with the A/C cooling by 6:35, literally.
Description of Work: Our A/C went out after a power surge at 4:00 on a July afternoon. Temperature in the house was 81. After checking breaker, shutting down A/C and turning it back on, I called Crosby Air Conditioning at 5:36. My call was immediately answered, and I was told that the service call would be $65 and the tech would call me. The tech called me at 6:00 and was ringing my doorbell before 6:25.
