Mr. Ballard is very through with his work and described the whole process to me and my husband. We did get several other quotes for foundation, but we were impressed with Mr. Belards experience and time he took with us. They arrived promptly at the time we were quoted and the crew quickly dug holes and added the piers. I was very worried about the process because I was told by other foundation companies that it would bust the tile and hard wood inside my house. Mr. Bellards had the crew go very slowly when it came time to lift the house and all the tile is fine. My parents are now using him.

Paul arrived when scheduled for appointment for estimate. I had already had an estimate from another company so i ask him to give me an estimate based on the same facts, he quickly told me that what I was asking for wasn't necessary and could be dangerous. He got the job and i am totally satisfied with the results . He was prompt when i had to call him after i found a water leak he quickly got it taken care of.
