Description of Work: Lucas roofing replaced the roof on a home we bought. The old roof was in extremely poor condition and the roof was very steep. It was a challenging roof but Lucas roofing managed it safely and provided us with an excellent new roof. They were very careful with the landscaping around the house. The bid was right on target. They have also been in the roofing business for some time so I feel confident that they will stand by their work.

+ -1 moreWe decided on 30 year shingles2c after a few days he came back and said he had a special deal on 40 year shingle for just a little more. So we had him put on the 40 year but found out later on the we're really just 30 year shingles. Talked me into a specialized roofline effect, doesn't look any different than it would have without it. It's been 8 years doesn't seem like the shingles are holding up well at all. Just this year we had some wind damage, called multiple times, secretary said he would return my calls, never did.
Description of Work: This roofer initially put our shingle roof on.

+ -1 moreRead the above.... They were supposed to replace an asphalt shingle roof with a metal roof. They reversed all of the flashing on the new roof.
Description of Work: Did not properly install metal roof. Flashing was installed over the siding instead of under it. This created severe water damage to the sheeting, siding, facia, interior walls, as well as exterior walls. As a result thousands of dollars of repairs are required to fix a mess they created. Do not use them.

+ -1 moreNothing to tell - they did not try to get someone out for estimate on replacing roof.
Description of Work: Closest "big" town to us. Wanted to use them. Had two separate appointments for estimate missed with no notification. When I called to see why the first appointment was missed the answer was not what I expected (too busy). They have people who answer the phone - it appears that these same people could call to let people know appointments are going to have to be rescheduled.
