Description of Work: Set an appt. for Friday the 14th with a 2-4pm window. Technician never called, never showed up for the appt. When we called him again to see what happened we got an answering machine message. He never returned our calls. Still don't know what happened to him.

+ -1 moreHe came and gave a comprehensive diagnostic on our range. He gave us a quote, but (I appreciated his honesty) recommended that rather than pay him, we simply replace the appliance. While he was here, he took the time to also talk with me about issues involving our refrigerator and dishwasher, at no additional charge.
