floor cleaning
+ -1 morei received excellent service, material and advice from signature floors. Dawne was so easy to work with. I remodeled my entire home and she helped me with every stage of the product. I will use her again.

+ -1 moreI went down to Signature Floors & More Inc store and their sales people helped me to check out the tiles and glass that I wanted. I didn't have any problem. The workers came to my house when they said they were and they did a nice job.
Description of Work: I went to contacted Signature Floors & More Inc for some flooring and window repair service.

carpet installation
+ -1 moreWood flooring cupped within 2 months . Owner, Dawne Stewart inspected and vowed to replace . Months later she blamed the manufacturer. We hired an independent inspector who determined it was "improperly installed".The company stalled by saying they were waiting for replacement flooring to be shipped. This continued for 8 more months, then owner admitted she was not going to honor agreement and she was not insured and the flooring was not guaranteed. Floors to date (2,000sq') are completely ruined. Estimate to tear out and replace is $20,000.00.
Description of Work: Company bid and installed all wood flooring and bathroom tile and kitchen granite in new home in 2010.
