A costly mistake that cost my mother her life's savings. Roof was leaking, called contractor, after repeated calls, and several hang up on me because the caller ID shows caller name and number they would not answer my calls. contractor/owner showed up went into the attic but not the roof to see the origin of leaks, stated in writing "no leaks of any kind" contrary to photo proof we have, also stated in writing also "next false alarm will be charged" and left. a week later I called and the office secretary came to the house, took photos of the leak in the bedroom ,and called another worker whom did not want to into the attic, but did go on the roof, and found the source of the leak, a hole, he notified the office secretary and my self, and preceded to put sealant as a temporary fix. and left. called again but no response from the contractor.
