Description of Work: Phone tag, he would call when I was driving home from work. It is illegal to talk while driving in Corpus Christi, TX. When I would call back no one ever answered. This happened three times. No winners here, myself or the contractor.

+ 2 moreworked very slow, excuse was that his helper didn't know the craft. I stayed irritated with him most of the time, almost fired him twice. some days he wouldn't work all day, did not call for inspections so I don't have wind storm insurance on addition, new roof leaks, did not put a shutoff valve on stove in kitchen, connected the icemaker hose to hot water, some of my electrical plugs do not work. these are just the obvious things, who knows what else I hidden. I have called him back but to this day has not shown up.

I plan on hiring Mr. Casa's for numerous other projects. His finished project was high quality, and the final price was quoted. I was insured that if I had any questions that he would rerpond and if I was not satisfied he would correct them to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Xtreme Carpentry,and know that any one that hires him will be satisfied with his work.
Description of Work: He constructed a ramp allowing access for my wife in her bwheel chair.

HE DID A GREAT JOB AND WAS EASY TO WORK WITH. HIS PRICE WAS MORE THAN FAIR. IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM. HE WILL BE THE FIRST TO CALL FOR MY NEXT PROJECT.

+ 5 moreThis carpenter's work is extremely fine and he is very meticulous to his craftsmanship.
Description of Work: He has done a lot of work in around my home, most recently, he installed 7 air vents on my roof. About 3-4 months before that installation of the vents, he did some ceiling repair as there had been problems with it for a while. He put some paneling on the ceiling and sealed the entire ceiling from leakage. He also put in some floor coverings in my kitchen, pantry, the hall, and the bathroom. He also took an empty closet and converted it to a computer center. We tried to purchase a commercial keyboard tray, but we couldn't find any that would fit the available space. So he designed and built this own drawer for the keyboard. The result was quite impressive and professional. Finally, he remodeled my kitchen shelves for greater efficiency, installed my gas cook top in a cabinet he built himself to fit the available area. He also installed ceramic tile back splashes for both the stove and the sink to complete the remodel.
