+ -1 moreI am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Woodcock. My contract included him hiring these engineers so that my home would maintain its' hurricane ratings. I feel like he was very misleading in his actions and I cannot even locate him now to help my sun room.
Description of Work: I had Woodcock come to my home to enclose my porch into a sun room. The quality of the sun room is not too bad, the issue arise from his lack of professionalism. I live in Texas and our homes need to meet certain hurricane requirements for our insurance. Woodcock did not seek out the proper permits or required engineers for this certification. I was unaware of this while he finished this project up and was made aware of it by my current contractor. I had to watch him like a hawk in order to get my job done and I cannot even locate him now to help me fix this situation.
