 + 2 morethe owner, Mr. Cory Baumgardner, almost never showed up when he said he would, except when it was to collect the check. Contracted for a large project that should have taken two weeks, after six weeks and 10 percent of the project completed (50 % paid for) he quit showing up or responding at all. I am out 10k for just over 1 k value. plus a big mess that he left behind. He told me he would clean it up, but never has and obviously, now, never will. His normal workday was 2 hours, then lunch, from which he usually didn't return. Quality of work completed was horrible, see attached photos of new concrete.
