the franchisee i am dealing with is out of the Corpus Christi, Texas area. i have been dealing with them for over 5 years. They have delivered exceptional service and results, especially in drought conditions for several years. Very, very happy with results!

I USE THERE SERVICE FOR MY LAWN CARE ON A YEARLY BASIS FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE. THEY HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB MAKING MY LAWN HEALTHY AND LOOKING GOOD. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY, AND HIRING THEM TO TAKE CARE OF MY LAWN WAS A SMART MOVE ON MY PART.

Very arrogant and inflexible. Travis was late and postponed his appointment multiple times. The office manager, relaying what the owner's position was told me pretty much that is was take it or leave it... They refused to commit to clean up the pool area after blowing and to avoid too many debris in the pool.

I took a chance on contracting with this company based on the Scotts name. Their representatives have been responsive in listening to our concerns and complaints and promise close attention. Their weekly cutting and blowing service has been usually on time and efficient. As far as my lawn appearance goes they have been a total failure. We have the worst looking lawn on the street. When we were doing it ourselves our lawn looked much better. There may be something wrong with their fertilaizing and bug control formulas or they may be cutting corners timing and applications? The prior statement is pure speculation on my part but what else could it be? The reason I contracted with them was because I am not an expert. But I can sure as heck tell when my lawn looks like it has leprosy. The bottom line is that my lawn looks very bad.

I went to the Corpus Christi Home Show in Feb, 2011. I stopped at their booth and asked lots of question, I took their card. I called about 2 weeks later to set up an appointment. They were showed up late but did call. I have a very large lot, 1/2 acre. We walked the yard together,discussed price, talked about my expectation. I was given a quote, I was told no problem think about it and let them know. AFter discussing it with my husband I called them back and said yes i would love to use the service. I called them back in about 3 days to find out when they would be in Ingleside, called them the next day, no call back. Called them 3 days after that, no response. Finally when i called March 15th, I was told tho call the owner to discuss my account. I called Travis and he told me that they would not be able to do my yard, it was to big, to far away and told me that I would never be happy with what they did. I didn't know they were mind readers! I was never given a chance to have them work since they made the decision for me. What really made me mad is they saw my lawn, they walked my lawn and gave me a quote. They should have told me at the time of the estimate that they were not interested in me or my money. Which was $140 every 6 to 8 weeks. WOW very very dissappointed with them!
