+ -1 moreTopNotch was prompt to respond, prompt in getting to the job (I only had to wait a little less than two weeks from my first call). They sent a 6-man crew that showed up in a timely fashion every day, were thoughtful and respectful of my property, and worked a long day each day. They cleaned up well after the job, although I did find some straggler metal pieces several days later--but a call to the owner was received well with a quick followup to magnet-sweep for metal again. While I have not had time to see the energy-saving results (they added insulation as well as the metal roof), I am extremely pleased. My roof looks fabulous. It has totally changed the appearance of my house. LOVE it. Look forward to many years under that roof. I would highly recomment TopNotch to anyone looking to re-roof.
Description of Work: I recently bought a home in Corpus Christi, knowing it needed a new roof. Because of the construction of my house, my choices were limited to bitumen or metal. I shopped prices and reputations of companies and one of the major things I found is the slowness or outright refusal to even return a phone call for a bid on the part of many companies I called, which really surprised me. TopNotch was timely, professional, clear, and responsive in every way. The bid I got was excellent, not the absolutely lowest, but reasonable and what I considered to be a really good price. They installed a standing seam steel roof on my 2,000sf house in a little less than a week.
